Red Kite (Milvus milvus) 1 on the sea side in the Liepaja harbour – possibly 5th winter record for Latvia and 4th this winter, Liepaja (M.Wereszczuk, R.Kozik, M.Łukaszewicz and R.Kuropieska). Probably the same bird as before in Liepaja on 02.01.2011.
