Red Kite (Milvus milvus) 1 at Vartaja surroundings, Grobina county (J.Jansons). Eurasian Curlew (Numenius arquata) 27 migrating N at Sesava parish, Jelgava county (E.Laucis). Quite large flock of migrants in June.

Dark-bellied Brant Goose(Branta bernicla) 4 at Kolka treatment plant, Dundaga conty (M.Ievins), 1 at Mangalsala pier, Riga (I.Denisovs). Present at Mangalsala pier since 12.06.2012., when four geese (I.Denisovs). Rare in summer months. Marsh Sandpiper (Tringa stagnatilis) 1 shortly at Krievpurva ponds, Aizpute county (K.Millers). Eurasian Curlew (Numenius arquata) 22 migrating SW at Daugavgriva, Riga (I.Denisovs). Quite large flock of migrants in June. Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybrida) 1 periodically hunting over Aizrake meadows, Nica county (J.Jansons).

Black-necked Grebe (Podiceps nigricollis) >25 (including few pull) at Orenisi-Drabaki fish ponds, Rezekne county (I.Brediks, M.Kilups). Carrion Crow(Corvus corone) 1 at Liepaja seashore, near harbor S pier, Liepaja (K.Millers). Periodically observed at this area since 09.06.2008. (I.Mednis).

Rare in summer months. Great Egret (Ardea alba) 73 in one flock at Malrags, Engure county (A.Avotins jun.). Large number at one place in June.
